Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 5–15 business days

Canada: 7–18 business days

United Kingdom: 5–15 business days

Australia: 7–18 business days

Europe: 7–18 business days

Other International Locations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. 

There are no additional shipping charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been shipped, Empaw Essentials & Store cannot guarantee replacement or refund. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Damaged Items
